Classic French, Sauce Nut Free, Mayonnaise

Tartare Sauce

Serves 6

Ingredients

Method

250 ml Mayonnaise
2½ tbsp Capers Drained and Chopped Finely
3 Gherkins Drained and Chopped Finely
1 Onions (Shallots Finely Diced)
½ Lemon (Juice only)
5 g Parsley (Chopped)
½ tsp Mustard (Dijon)
¼ tsp Salt and Pepper (to your taste)

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.

This is a great accompaniment for fish.
