Apple Sauce

Ingredients
Method
375 g. Cox's Apples (Peeled and Cut into Chunks)
90 ml. Water
1 Strip of Lemon Peel
30 g. Butter
¼ tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Place the apples water and lemon peel in a saucepan, cover and simmer until the apples are soft and tender. Remove the lid and cook on medium until all the liquid has evaporated.
Stir in the butter and lastly season to taste with black pepper. Serve with Pork, Duck or Goose.
