Traditional Rice Pudding

Method
500 ml. Milk (Full Fat)
125 g. Pudding Rice
3 tbsp. Sugar (Castor)
1 tsp. Nutmeg (Grated)
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
30 g. Butter broken into small knobs
Pre heat the oven to 350ºF / 180ºC
In a baking dish place the milk, rice, vanilla and sugar and stir to combine.
Grate the nutmeg over the surface of the milk and place the knobs of butter into the milk mixture and place the dish ion the oven to cook for 80-90 minutes or until golden on the top and the rice is cooked.
