Traditional British, Sauce Vegetarian Nut Free

Homemade Worcestershire Sauce

130 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Tamarind Juice
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
2 tbsp Raw Honey
1 tbsp Molasses
1 Lime Juice of 1 Lime
½ tsp Cloves (Ground)
½ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Chilli Powder

Place the cider vinegar into a sterilised jar, together with the tamarind juice, fish sauce, honey, molasses, lime juice, onion and garlic powder, ground clove and chilli powder. Seal the jar tightly. Shake the ingredients heartily to combine all the ingredients and leave to ferment for 24 hours before use.
