Caprese Salad

3 Large Ripe Tomatoes, Sliced
8 oz Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced
½ cu Fresh Basil Leaves
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving platter, alternating them and overlapping slightly.
Tuck the fresh basil leaves between the tomato and mozzarella slices.
Drizzle the salad with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Season with salt and black pepper.
Serve the Caprese Salad immediately, as a light appetizer or side dish.
