1 Scoop Vanilla Gelato Or Ice Cream
30 ml. Hot Espresso

Place a scoop of vanilla gelato or ice cream in a serving glass or bowl.

Pour a shot of hot espresso over the ice cream.

Serve the Affogato immediately, while the espresso is still hot and the ice cream is cold.
