Aglio e Olio

1 lb Spaghetti
½ cu Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, Thinly Sliced
½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Salt And Black Pepper, To Taste
Chopped Fresh Parsley, For Garnish

Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water, according to the package instructions, until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Season the garlic oil with salt and black pepper, to taste.

Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the garlic oil. Toss to coat the pasta with the oil.

Serve the Aglio e Olio hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
