Bok Choy with Garlic (Suan Rong Xiao Bai Cai)

1 lb. Baby Bok Choy, Washed And Trimmed
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
4 Garlic, Minced
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Sesame Oil

Cut larger baby bok choy in half lengthwise; leave smaller ones whole.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

Add the baby bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the leaves are wilted and the stems are crisp-tender.

Stir in the soy sauce and sugar, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce is well incorporated.

Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the sesame oil.

Serve the Bok Choy with Garlic hot as a side dish.
