Stir-Fried Chinese Water Spinach (Kong Xin Cai)

1 lb Chinese Water Spinach, Trimmed And Cut Into 2-inch Pieces
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 Garlic, Minced
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
½ tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Water

In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

Add the Chinese water spinach and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until wilted and tender.

In a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water. Pour the sauce over the water spinach and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and evenly coats the vegetables.

Serve the Stir-Fried Chinese Water Spinach immediately as a side dish.
