Larb (Spicy Minced Meat Salad)

1 lb Minced Pork Or Chicken
              1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
              2 Red Chilies, Finely Chopped
              3 tbsp Fish Sauce
              2 tbsp Lime Juice
              1 tbsp Sugar
              ½ cu Mint Leaves, Roughly Chopped
              ¼ cu Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
              ¼ cu Green Onions, Chopped
              ¼ cu Toasted Rice Powder
          Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced meat and cook until fully cooked and browned.
In a small bowl, whisk together the chopped chilies, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the dressing over the cooked meat, and toss well to combine.
Stir in the mint leaves, cilantro, green onions, and toasted rice powder. Toss until well combined.
Serve the salad at room temperature with sticky rice or lettuce leaves.
