Pad Krapow Moo Saap (Fried Basil and Pork)

Ingredients

Method

1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
2 Garlic, Minced
2 Red Chilies, Sliced
1 lb. Ground Pork
2 tbsp. Fish Sauce
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Sugar
½ cup Holy Basil Leaves

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add the garlic and chilies, and fry until fragrant.

Add the ground pork and cook until fully browned.

Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar, and cook for a couple of minutes.

Just before serving, stir in the holy basil leaves. Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice.
