Serves 4
Ingredients
Method
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
              2 Garlic, Minced
              2 Bird's Eye Chilies, Sliced
1 lb Chicken, Pork, Or Beef, Sliced
8 oz Wide Rice Noodles, Soaked In Warm Water And Drained
              1½ tbsp Oyster Sauce
              1½ tbsp Soy Sauce
              1 tbsp Fish Sauce
              1 tsp Sugar
              1 cu Thai Basil Leaves
Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and chilies, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the meat of choice, and stir-fry until the meat is fully cooked.
Add the drained noodles and stir well to combine.
Stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
Mix well to ensure the noodles are evenly coated.
Just before removing from heat, stir in the Thai basil leaves and mix until they are wilted.
Serve the stir-fried noodles hot.
The dishes above are versatile and can be adapted to your preference. For instance, you can use tofu instead of meat for a vegetarian version, or adjust the amount of chilies to control the spiciness. Enjoy your cooking!
