Moo Ping (Grilled Pork Skewers)

1 lb. Pork Shoulder, Cut Into 1-inch Pieces
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp. Fish Sauce
2 tbsp. Sugar
2 Garlic, Minced
1 Lemongrass, Minced
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
8 fl.oz. Bamboo Skewers, Soaked In Water For 30 Minutes

In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, lemongrass, and vegetable oil. Add the pork pieces and mix well to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Thread the marinated pork pieces onto the soaked bamboo skewers.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the pork is cooked through and charred.

Serve the pork skewers hot, ideally with a side of sticky rice and chili dipping sauce.
