Ingredients

Method

1 lb Chicken Breast, Cut Into Bite-sized Pieces
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1  Onion, Sliced

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the chicken pieces to the pan and stir-fry until they're nearly cooked through.

Add the onion and bell pepper to the pan, continue stir-frying for a few more minutes.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, add the cashew nuts, and stir well to combine.

Serve the stir-fry hot, ideally with a side of steamed jasmine rice.
