Pad Pak Ruam (Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables)

4 cups Mixed Vegetables (such As Broccoli, Carrots, Bell Peppers, Baby Corn, And Snow Peas)
2 Garlic, Minced
1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until they're tender but still crisp.

In a small bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Pour this sauce over the vegetables and stir well to combine.

Serve the stir-fry hot, ideally with a side of steamed jasmine rice.
