Nam Tok (Waterfall Salad)

1 lb Beef Steak Or Pork, Grilled And Thinly Sliced
2 tbsp Lime Juice
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
2 Shallots, Thinly Sliced
2 Green Onions, Sliced
½ cu Fresh Mint Leaves
½ cu Fresh Cilantro Leaves
1 tsp Ground Roasted Rice
2 Bird's Eye Chilies, Crushed
In a large bowl, combine the lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the grilled and sliced beef or pork, shallots, green onions, mint, cilantro, ground roasted rice, and crushed bird's eye chilies to the bowl. Toss well to combine everything in the dressing.
Serve the salad immediately, ideally with a side of sticky rice or fresh vegetables.
