Pla Muk Yang (Grilled Squid)

4 Squids, Cleaned And Left Whole
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
¼ tsp. Salt And Pepper To Taste
2 tbsp. Fish Sauce
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
1 Bird's Eye Chili, Finely Chopped

Preheat a grill to medium heat. Brush the squids with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the squids until they are charred and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.

While the squids are grilling, mix together the fish sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and chopped chili to make a dipping sauce.

Serve the grilled squids with the dipping sauce on the side.
