Gaeng Jued (Thai Clear Soup)

½ lb. Ground Pork
4 cups Chicken Broth
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
½ cup Firm Tofu, Cubed
1 cup Mixed Vegetables (Such As Carrots And Napa Cabbage)
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, For Garnish

In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.

Add the minced garlic and ground pork to the pot, breaking up the pork into small pieces.

Add the cubed tofu and mixed vegetables to the pot. Lower the heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender.

Season the soup with soy sauce and sugar.

Serve the Thai Clear Soup hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
