Nam Prik (Chili Dips)

4 Red Chilies, Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 tbsp. Fish Sauce
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
In a mortar and pestle, pound together the chopped red chilies and minced garlic until they form a paste.
Add the fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar to the mortar. Mix until well combined.
Serve the Nam Prik with fresh vegetables or rice.
