Khao Kluk Kapi (Shrimp Paste Fried Rice)

2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
2 tbsp. Shrimp Paste
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Lime, Cut Into Wedges
¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, For Garnish
Assorted Toppings (Such As Sliced Cucumber, Chopped Green Beans, Diced Mango, And Fried Dried Shrimp)
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the wok and stir-fry until it's fragrant.
Add the shrimp paste to the wok and stir until it's well combined with the garlic.
Add the cooked jasmine rice to the wok and stir-fry until it's well coated in the shrimp paste.
Serve the Shrimp Paste Fried Rice with lime wedges, fresh cilantro, and an assortment of toppings.
