Khao Man Gai (Chicken and Rice)

1 lb. Chicken Breast
2 cups Jasmine Rice
4 cups Chicken Broth
1 Cucumber, Sliced
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, For Garnish

In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.

Add the chicken breast to the pot and simmer until it's cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the pot and let it cool. Once cool, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Cook the jasmine rice in the chicken broth according to package instructions.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to create the dipping sauce.

Serve the chicken and rice with the dipping sauce, cucumber slices, and fresh cilantro.
