Kuay Teow Reua (Boat Noodles)

4 cups Beef Broth
2 tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Fish Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
1 lb. Thin Rice Noodles
½ lb. Sliced Beef
½ lb. Beef Meatballs
½ cup Fresh Bean Sprouts, For Garnish
¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, For Garnish
In a large pot, bring the beef broth to a boil.
Add the dark soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar to the pot. Stir until well combined.
Add the thin rice noodles, sliced beef, and beef meatballs to the pot. Simmer until the noodles are tender and the beef is cooked through.
Serve the boat noodles hot, garnished with fresh bean sprouts and cilantro.
