Kuay Teow Moo Daeng (Red Pork Noodles)

1 lb. Thin Rice Noodles
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
½ lb. Red-Roasted Pork, Sliced
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
½ cup Fresh Bean Sprouts, For Garnish
¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, For Garnish
Cook the thin rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the wok and stir-fry until it's fragrant.
Add the sliced red-roasted pork to the wok and stir-fry until it's heated through.
Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to the wok. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
Serve the Red Pork Noodles hot, garnished with fresh bean sprouts and cilantro.
