Bamee Moo Daeng (Egg Noodles with Red Pork)

1 lb. Egg Noodles
½ lb. Red-Roasted Pork, Sliced
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
Fresh Bean Sprouts, For Garnish
Fresh Cilantro, For Garnish

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to create the sauce.

To serve, divide the noodles between four plates. Top with slices of red-roasted pork and drizzle over the sauce. Garnish with bean sprouts and cilantro.
