Pla Muk Pad Prik Phao (Squid Stir-fried with Chili Jam)

1 lb. Squid, Cleaned And Sliced
2 tbsp. Chili Jam
2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp. Fish Sauce
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 Onion, Sliced
1 tbsp. Fresh Thai Basil, For Garnish

Heat a large wok or frying pan over medium heat.

Add the chili jam to the wok and stir-fry until it becomes fragrant.

Add the squid to the wok and stir-fry until it's cooked through.

Add the oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar to the wok. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.

Add the bell pepper and onion to the wok and stir-fry until they're tender.

Serve the Squid Stir-fried with Chili Jam hot, garnished with fresh Thai basil.
