Moo Grob (Crispy Pork Belly)

1 lb. Pork Belly
1 tbsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Baking Soda
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Fresh Thai Basil,or cilantro,  For Garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the pork belly and pat it dry with paper towels.

Rub the pork belly with the salt, sugar, baking soda, and soy sauce. Place it in a roasting pan, skin side up.

Roast the pork belly in the oven for about 1 hour, or until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender.

Let the pork belly rest for a few minutes before cutting it into slices.

Serve the Crispy Pork Belly hot, garnished with fresh Thai basil or Cilantro.
