Goong Ob Woon Sen (Shrimp Baked with Glass Noodles)

1 lb. Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
6 oz. Glass Noodles
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp. Sugar
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, For Garnish

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Soak the glass noodles in warm water for about 15 minutes, or until they become soft. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and garlic.

Toss the shrimp and glass noodles in the sauce until they're well coated.

Place the shrimp and glass noodles in a baking dish. Drizzle with the vegetable oil.

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the noodles are tender.

Serve the Shrimp Baked with Glass Noodles hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
