Khao Niew Moo Ping (Grilled Pork Skewers with Sticky Rice)

1 lb Pork, Cut Into Bite-Sized Pieces
              ¼ cu Soy Sauce
              ¼ cu Brown Sugar
              2 tbsp Fish Sauce
              1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
              2 cu Sticky Rice, Cooked
          In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, fish sauce, and vegetable oil.
Add the pork pieces to the bowl and toss until they're well coated in the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Soak some Bamboo Skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
Thread the marinated pork pieces onto the bamboo skewers.
Grill the pork skewers for about 3 minutes on each side, or until they're cooked through.
Serve the Grilled Pork Skewers hot, with the sticky rice on the side for dipping.
