100 g. Urad Dal
250 g. Rice
1 g. Salt
1 g. Fenugreek Seeds
250 ml. Oil For Cooking

Soak the urad dal and rice separately for 6 hours.

Grind both separately into a fine paste, then mix together along with salt and fenugreek seeds.

Ferment the batter overnight.

Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle of batter and spread in a circular motion.

Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until crisp and golden.

Flip the dosa and cook the other side.

Repeat with the remaining batter.
