Paneer Tikka

500 g Paneer (cut Into Cubes)
              200 g Greek Yogurt
              15 g Ginger (grated)
              15 g Garlic (minced)
              5 g Garam Masala
              2 g Turmeric Powder
              2 g Red Chili Powder
              ¼ tsp Salt To Taste
              50 ml Mustard Oil
              1 tbsp Fresh Coriander For Garnish
          Marinate the paneer in yogurt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and mustard oil. Set aside for at least 1 hour.
Thread the paneer onto skewers and grill until golden and slightly charred.
Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
