200 g Khoya (dried Whole Milk)
50 g All-purpose Flour
½ kg Baking Soda
250 g Sugar
500 ml Water
2 g Cardamom Seeds (crushed)
30 ml Rose Water
Vegetable Oil For Deep Frying

Mix the khoya, flour, and baking soda to form a smooth dough.

Shape the dough into small balls.

Heat the oil in a deep pan and deep-fry the balls until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.

In a separate pan, combine the sugar, water, and cardamom seeds. Bring to a boil to make a syrup.

Add the fried balls to the syrup and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in the rose water and let the balls soak in the syrup for at least 2 hours before serving.
