Masala Chai

Method
500 ml Water
              2 Black Tea Bags
              100 ml Milk
              20 g Sugar
              5 g Ginger (grated)
              2 g Cardamom Pods
              1 g Cinnamon Stick
              1 g Cloves
              1 g Black Peppercorns
          In a pot, bring water to boil.
Add tea bags, milk, sugar, ginger, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, cloves, and peppercorns.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Strain the chai into cups and serve hot.
