16 Small sausages
16 strips of Bacon
2 tbsp. Olive oil
Black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) mark 4.
Wrap each sausage with a strip of bacon. Ensure the bacon completely covers the sausage.
Place the wrapped sausages onto a baking tray, ensuring there is space between each one.
Lightly drizzle the wrapped sausages with olive oil and season with black pepper to your taste.
Place the tray in the preheated oven and cook for around 25 to 30 minutes. You want the bacon to be nice and crispy, and the sausages to be cooked through.
Serve them hot with your Christmas dinner and enjoy the festive feast.
