Pav Bhaji

100 g. Potatoes (chopped)
100 g. Cauliflower (chopped)
50 g. Peas
50 g. Carrots (chopped)
1 Onion (finely Chopped)
2 Tomatoes (pureed)
10 g. Ginger (grated)
10 g. Garlic (minced)
5 g. Pav Bhaji Masala
30 ml. Butter
¼ tsp. Salt To Taste
4 Pav Buns
2 tbsp. Butter For Toasting

Cook potatoes, cauliflower, peas, and carrots in a pressure cooker until soft. Mash the vegetables and set aside.

In a pan, melt the butter, add onions, ginger, and garlic, and cook until onions are golden.

Add tomato puree and pav bhaji masala. Cook until oil separates.

Add the mashed vegetables and salt. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Slice the pav buns horizontally and toast with butter until golden.

Serve the bhaji hot with the toasted pav buns.
