500 g. Beef Shank
1 Onion (finely Chopped)
10 g. Ginger (grated)
10 g. Garlic (minced)
30 ml. Vegetable Oil
10 g. Nihari Masala
¼ tsp. Salt To Taste
1 tbsp. Fresh Coriander For Garnish

Heat oil in a large pot, add onions, ginger, and garlic, and cook until onions are golden.

Add beef shank, nihari masala, and salt. Cook until the beef is browned.

Add enough water to cover the beef, reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 6-8 hours until the beef is tender.

Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
