Method

500 g. Ground Lamb Or Beef
200 g. Potatoes (cut Into Cubes)
1 Onion (finely Chopped)
2 Tomatoes (pureed)
2 tsp. Ginger (grated)
2 tsp. Garlic (minced)
1 tsp. Coriander Powder
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ tsp. Red Chili Powder
30 ml. Vegetable Oil
½ tsp. Salt To Taste
5 g. Fresh Coriander For Garnish

Heat oil in a pan, add onions, ginger, and garlic, and cook until onions are golden.

Add ground meat and cook until it is browned.

Add tomato puree, coriander powder, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.

Add potatoes and enough water to cover, simmer until the potatoes are cooked and the sauce has thickened.

Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
