4 Goat Trotters
1 Onion (finely Chopped)
2 Tomatoes (pureed)
10 g Ginger (grated)
10 g Garlic (minced)
5 g Coriander Powder
2 g Turmeric Powder
2 g Red Chili Powder
30 ml Vegetable Oil
¼ tsp Salt To Taste
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander For Garnish

Clean the trotters well and boil in plenty of water for 5-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Heat oil in a large pot, add onions, ginger, and garlic, and cook until onions are golden.

Add tomato puree, coriander powder, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.

Add the trotters and enough water to cover, simmer for 4-5 hours until the trotters are tender and the broth has thickened.

Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
