500 g Mixed Greens (spinach, Mustard Greens, Fenugreek Leaves)
1 Onion (finely Chopped)
10 g Ginger (minced)
10 g Garlic (minced)
5 g Garam Masala
2 g Turmeric Powder
30 ml Vegetable Oil
Salt To Taste
Fresh Coriander For Garnish
Wash the greens thoroughly and chop finely.
Heat oil in a pan, add onions, ginger, and garlic, and cook until onions are golden.
Add the greens, garam masala, turmeric, and salt. Cook on medium heat until the greens are fully cooked and most of the liquid has evaporated.
Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
