Method

500 g Potatoes (boiled And Mashed)
1 Onion (finely Chopped)
½ tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Salt To Taste
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil For Frying
5 g Fresh Coriander For Garnish

Mix the mashed potatoes, onions, garam masala, chili powder, and salt in a bowl.

Divide the mixture into equal parts and shape into patties.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.

Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
