250 g. Yoghurt
50 g. Sugar
1 Ripe Mango (Optional, Peeled And Diced)
5 g. Cardamom Powder (optional)
200 ml. Water
Ice Cubes As Required
In a blender, combine the yogurt, sugar, mango (if using), and cardamom powder (if using). Blend until smooth.
Add water and ice cubes, and blend again until frothy.
Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
