Hot Dog

Method

4 Frankfurters
4 Long Bread Rolls
4 tbsp. Ketchup
4 tbsp. Mustard
½ Onion (finely Chopped)
1 cup Sauerkraut

Preheat your grill or a pan over medium heat.

Cook the frankfurters, turning occasionally, until heated through and slightly charred, about 5 minutes.

Place a cooked hot dog in the bun.

Top with ketchup, mustard, onions, and sauerkraut.
