Apple Pie

1 lb. Tart Apples (peeled And Sliced)
1 cup Sugar
2 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
2 Pie Crusts (9-inch)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
Add apple slices and lemon juice, toss to coat.
Place one pie crust into a pie dish.
Pour the apple mixture into the crust, and dot with butter.
Cover with the second crust, trim and crimp edges.
Bake in the preheated oven until crust is golden and filling is bubbly, about 45 minutes.
