Barbecue Ribs

2 lb. Pork Spare Ribs
2 cups Barbecue Sauce
1 cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Paprika
1 tbsp. Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Rub the spice mixture over the ribs on all sides.
Wrap each piece in aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 2.5 hours.
Remove the ribs from the oven, unwrap the foil, and coat ribs with the barbecue sauce.
Grill the ribs for about 5 minutes on each side until the sauce caramelizes.
