Biscuits and Gravy

8 Biscuits
½ lb. Pork Sausage
¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
2 cups Milk
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Black Pepper
Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Stir in the flour, salt, and black pepper until well combined with the sausage.
Gradually whisk in the milk, and cook until the mixture comes to a simmer and thickens.
Reduce heat to low, simmer for 2 minutes.
Split the biscuits in half, spoon the sausage gravy over the biscuit halves.
