Chicken Fried Steak

4 Beef Cubed Steaks (Pre-Tenderised Flattened Steaks)
              1 cu All-Purpose Flour
              2 Eggs
              ¼ cu Milk
              1 cu Vegetable Oil
              1 tsp Salt
              ½ tsp Black Pepper
              ½ tsp Paprika
              2 cu Milk (for The Gravy)
          In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. In another dish, beat eggs and 1/4 cup milk.
Dip each steak in the egg mixture, then in the flour mixture, and again in the egg and then flour mixture.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry steaks until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels.
In the remaining oil, stir in 2 tablespoons of the leftover flour mixture. Whisk in 2 cups milk, cook until the gravy is thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve steaks with the gravy.
