Pancakes (USA)

1 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Baking Soda
¼ tsp. Salt
¾ cup Buttermilk
¼ cup Milk
1 Egg
2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter (melted)
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, milk, egg, and melted butter.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth.
Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Serve with syrup and butter.
