North American, Lite Bite Nut Free, Cheese - Cheddar (Mild)

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Method

2 Bread
2 Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp. Butter

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Butter one side of each slice of bread.

Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on the pan.

Lay the cheese slices on top of the bread in the pan, then cover with the second slice of bread, butter side up.

Cook until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown, then flip the sandwich.

Continue to cook until the second slice of bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Remove the sandwich from the pan, let it cool for a minute, then cut it in half and serve.
