Pulled Pork Sandwich

4 lb Pork Shoulder
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 cu Barbecue Sauce
4 cu Green Cabbage (shredded)
1 cu Carrot (shredded)
½ cu Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar
Salt And Pepper To Taste
8 Hamburger Buns
Mix the brown sugar, paprika, pepper, and salt together and rub it all over the pork shoulder.
Place the pork in a slow cooker and cook on low for about 8 hours until the meat is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.
While the pork is cooking, make the coleslaw by mixing the cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Once the pork is done, shred it with a fork and mix in the barbecue sauce.
To serve, place a scoop of pulled pork on the bottom half of each bun, top with coleslaw, and cover with the top half of the bun.
