North American, Lite Bite, Corned Beef

Reuben Sandwich

2 Rye Bread
2 Slices Swiss Cheese
¼ lb. Corned Beef (Thinly Sliced)
¼ cup Sauerkraut (drained)
2 tbsp. Russian Dressing
1 tbsp. Butter

Spread one tablespoon of Russian dressing on each slice of bread.

On one slice, add one slice of Swiss cheese, the corned beef, sauerkraut, and then another slice of Swiss cheese. Top with the second slice of bread, dressing-side down.

Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sandwich and cook until the bottom is golden brown.

Flip the sandwich and cook until the second side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
