North American, Sweet Treat Nut Free, Chocolate (Chips Dark)

Chocolate Chip Cookies

2¼ cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
¾ cup Sugar
¾ cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
2 cups Chocolate Chips

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the dough onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on the baking sheets for 2 minutes, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
